1. BARBERING SERVICES
Service Satisfaction:
– We take pride in delivering quality haircuts and grooming services
– If you’re unsatisfied with your service, please let us know immediately
– We will make reasonable efforts to address and correct any issues during your visit
– Service adjustments must be requested before leaving the barbershop
Service Refunds:
– Service refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
– Any service concerns must be raised immediately following the service
– The management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding service refunds
2. RETAIL PRODUCTS (REUZEL)
In-Store Purchases:
– All in-store sales of Reuzel products are final
– We do not accept returns or exchanges on any retail products purchased in-store
– We recommend consulting with our barbers about product recommendations before purchase
Online Purchases:
– Free shipping is available on orders over $35
– Store pickup is available for online orders
– All online sales of Reuzel products are final
– We cannot accept returns or exchanges on online orders
– Orders can be picked up during our business hours: Mondays 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Tuesday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Damaged Products:
– For in-store purchases: Please inspect all products before leaving the barbershop
– For online orders with store pickup: Please inspect your products at pickup
– Any damage claims must be reported immediately at the time of purchase/pickup
– We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products

– Promotional discount available for online Reuzel product orders
– Promotional offers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash value
